LAS Programme Director Joins Conference on the European Degree in Lodz

Prof. Łukasz Różycki, Director of the Liberal Arts and Sciences programme, took part in a panel discussion at “Towards a joint European Degree: Perspectives from across the ECIU Alliance”, an international conference organised by Lodz University of Technology on 29 and 30 September 2026.

The conference brought together representatives of higher education institutions and other stakeholders interested in developing joint educational opportunities, with a focus on current approaches to joint and double degrees, flexible learning pathways, and recent developments around the European Degree initiative.

The topic sits close to our own work. LAS students already take courses across European universities through EPICUR, and questions about how degrees can be shared and recognised across borders shape what the programme can offer!
