Visitors from KIT and Freiburg

The easing of the pandemic restrictions made it possible to implement the previously suspended partner visits within the EPICUR consortium. As a result, at the end of September, a delegation from the German KIT (Karlsruher Institut für Technologie) visited our university. A group of five consisting of representatives of the professors and students, led by the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, prof. Michaela Scheffczyk was in Poznań from 22 to 24 September. During three days, the delegation met several times with the employees of the EPICUR AMU office and scientists from our university.

There were talks about cooperation within the project, joint research projects and the exchange of experiences regarding education in the Liberal Arts and Sciences model - this type of program will be created at KIT in the near future. However, this visit was not the end, from 9 to 11 November, we also hosted a five-person delegation from the Albert-Ludwig University in Freiburg. We would like to thank all our guests for a nice visit. We hope for fruitful cooperation!
